2D/3D Pellet/Fryums process line

2D/3D Pellet/Fryums process line is suitable for mixing raw materials such as flour, corn, starch and the like, and then aging the raw materials through a single screw extruder, using auxiliary equipment, pressing the shape or directly cutting into a strip or sheet product, and passing the low temperature. After drying, the moisture is reduced to the frying requirement. After frying and seasoning, it can reach all kinds of snack foods. According to the output and investment needs, it can be equipped with automatic continuous production line and semi-automatic continuous production line. This production line is designed and produced by our company independently, and can be processed according to customer requirements. Shaped products can produce shapes such as crispy corners, onion rings, plum blossoms, crabs, etc., and add auxiliary cutting machines to produce three-dimensional products such as network crisp, racket, and other products.

Process: raw material preparation → mixing powder → extruder → cooling - plastic cutting → drying - frying → seasoning → (packaging)

Equipment configuration: Mixing machine → single screw extruder → cooling rack - shaping and cutting machine → dryer - semi-automatic frying machine → continuous seasoning machine → (packaging machine)
